Draw a line perpenticular to the 030 track
-> AHEAD of our line is FROM (or think FRONT of the line)
-> BEHIND of our line is TO

If in FROM

If you are in the zone TOP LEFT
-> Full deflection to the RIGHT and arrow down FROM

If you are in the zone TOP RIGHT
-> Full deflection to the LEFT and arrow down FROM

TO

If you are in the zone BOTTOM LEFT
-> Full deflection to the RIGHT and TO shown

If you are in the zone BOTTOM RIGHT
-> Full deflection to the LEFT and TO shown
